Refund policy

We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 30 days from your purchase date you feel that the item does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, which may take several business days to process depending on your bank or card issuer.
Each customer is entitled to one refund request under our money-back guarantee, with a maximum refundable amount of ₱10,000 per customer.

Returning Unused Items
We accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Simply send them back within 30 days of purchase to receive your refund. Please note: even if you are unable to return the product, you can still request a refund within the 30-day window.

Return Shipping
We’ll cover return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our end or a product issue. For returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
